We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Therapist with expertise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) to join our multidisciplinary team.

What We Offer
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with valid PRC license • Minimum 8 years in speech-language therapy, at least 3 years focused on AAC • Bachelor's or Master's in Speech-Language Pathology • Hands-on AAC experience across PECS, SGDs, iPads, apps, eye-gaze, and low-tech tools • Deep experience with ASD, developmental delays, and complex communication needs • Strong clinical reasoning, collaborative spirit, and evidence-based care
• Conduct speech, language, and comprehensive AAC assessments • Design individualized AAC intervention plans and train families • Provide dedicated one-on-one and small-group clinical therapy • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary peers • Monitor milestones and prepare meticulous clinical documentation • Assist in developing software assessing developmental progress and learning abilities
